I talked with the city Parts and Rec department. They did receive my report that the heating has been out for weeks, and they're trying to get it fixed.
Unfortuneately for us, the repair is being classified as a "capital expense," and therefore has to be approved by the city council, which meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month, so we just missed it.
I don't know how long we'll be without heat, but I plan to be at the next city council meeting to talk about it if they don't have it fixed by then. Feel free to join me!

Hablé con el departamento de Parques y Recreación de la ciudad. Sí recibieron mi reporte de que la calefacción no ha funcionado por semanas, y están tratando de arreglarlo.
Desafortunadamente para nosotros, la reparación está siendo clasificada como un "gasto de capital," y por lo tanto tiene que ser aprobada por el consejo municipal, que se reúne el 1er y 3er miércoles de cada mes, así que acabamos de perderlo.
